He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Taylor Manning and Helen Robinson Manning; his sisters, Joyce Frederici and Dorothy Crawford; and his son-in-law D. Allen Jones.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Alice Decker; his sister Faye Steele of Milford, NJ; his children, Richard (Faye) of Jacksonville, FL, Margaret "Peggy" Gleva (Paul) of Loveland, CO and Sandra Jones of Clifford Twp; his grandchildren, Jennifer Flynn (Andy), Paul Jones (Gretchen), David Jones (Taylor Motlow), Erika Gleva, Karla Korbin (Kary) and Kristie Allen (Michael); and his great grandchildren, Samuel, Alice Taylor DiBerardinis, Madalyn, Wyatt, Eleanora and Elizabeth Jones. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
