He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Cusic and Mary Cusic; his siblings, Lorraine Shones, Dorothy Broutin (Herky) and Edward Cusic; and his brother-in-law Joseph Broglie.
He is survived by : his children, Nadine Cusic (Tom Butler), Charles Cusic (Sandra) and Lorraine Blackburn (Tom); his grandchildren, Jacob, Madison Cusic, Evan Wielgoleski (Kylie), Charlyn, Anthony and Carson Blackburn; and his sister-in-law Stephanie Broglie.
