He is survived by: his children, Lori Wertz Welty (Barry) and Matt Wertz; his grandchildren, Ashley Wertz, Stephen Welty (Ashley), Britney Wertz Miller (Mike) and Brandan Welty; his great grandchildren, Alyson, Eli, Evelyn, Cheyenne, Danika, Leonora, Roslyn and Silas; and his brothers, Richard Wertz (Gloria), Sam Wertz (Ruth) and Timothy Wertz (Cathy).
