Hamm (Connie) of Montoursville, PA; her grandson Alex Hamm of Williamsport; and her stepgrandchildren, Michelle Grimes (William) of Montoursville, PA, Jaimie Bragalone (Jerry) of Hughesville, PA., Eric Geary (Rebecca) of El Paso, TX., Sarah Pauling of Lock Haven, PA. and Logan Pauling of Montgomery, PA.. She is also survived by eight loving great-grandchildren.
