With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary A. Tewell of South Williamsport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 11, 2025 at the age of 83. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mary A. Tewell to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Yockel and Eleanor Yockel (Altman); her husband Harry D. Tewell Jr.; and her siblings, Robert, Clyde, Paul Yockel Sr., Marcella, Thelma, Wilma and Elizabeth.
She is survived by: her children, Laura Esposito (Sam), Steven C. and Michael P. Tewell; her grandchildren, Nikki Hunter, Kaitlin, Brandon Tewell, Noah, Tanner and Colin Esposito; her great grandchild Braylee Esposito; and her brothers, Howard and Rich Yockel.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St Lawrence Catholic Church (800 W Central Ave, South Williamsport, PA 17702). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Lawrence Catholic Church (800 W Central Ave, South Williamsport, PA 17702). A burial will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at the Wildwood Cemetery (1151 Wildwood Blvd, Williamsport, PA 17701).
