She was predeceased by: her daughter Linda Devine; and her stepfather Joe Long. She is survived by: her children, William Ratzke (Wilma) and Scott Ratzke (Lisa); her grandchildren, John Devine (Brenda), Danielle Devine, Kimberly McCusker, Kevin Devine, Stephanie Filler, Nicole Harron (Chuck), William Ratzke, Scott Ratzke and Lindsay Ratzke; her great grandchildren, Kaylin, Rhys, Rory McCusker, Christian Devine, Bobby, Alyssa, Savannah Filler, Jackson Harron and Chloe Harron; and her sister Janet Amlaner (Joseph). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Barbara's family has requested donations in her name be made to Children's Hospital of Phila.
