She was predeceased by: her husband Philip A. Antoniello. She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara Fash (Jeffrey), Patricia Teklits (Joseph) and Susan Kelley (Dan); her grandchildren, Carl Polchan (Lucia), Christopher Antoniello (Katy), Clinton Polchan (Laura), Jessica Seidle, Matthew Fash, Meghan Kelley, Katie Clare Kelley, Emily Kelley and John Paul Kelley; and her great grandchildren, Kaylie Polchan, Michael Antoniello, Ryan Polchan, Cole Antoniello and Harper Seidle.
