He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Peter I. Hughes and Genevieve Hughes; his wife Janet (Moore); his children, Jennifer Ullman (Marc), Anne Megen Lavoie (Michael) and Kathleen Hughes; his grandchildren, Alexandra, Abigail, Madeline and Henry; and his siblings, Joseph Hughes, Jack, Tom, Henry, Jim and Joan Legower.
