She is survived by: her spouse Bruce Berkowitz; her children, Kimberly Hulbert (Jonathan) of Mason and Debra Margolis (David) of Lawrenceville; and her grandchildren, Riley Hulbert, Katie Hulbert, Emma Hulbert, Addy Hulbert, Sophia Margolis and Isabella Margolis.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to the Fox Chase Cancer Center, Office of Institutional Advancement, 333 Cottman Ave., Phila., Pa., 19111, in support of the research being done by Elias Obeid, MD, and his search for a cure.
