He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Fornal and Mary Elizabeth Fornal (Sulter). He is survived by: his wife Deborah J. "Debbie" Fornal (Harbaugh); his children, Jonathan Fornal (Lara) and Brenna Snodgrass (Patrick); his brother Robert Fornal; and his nieces, Jaime Fornal of Greensburg and Amanda Weidtke (Ian) of Chur, Switzerland.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Leo M. Bacha Funeral Home, Inc. (516 Stanton St, Greensburg, PA 15601). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
