It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elwin L. Gates of Spartansburg, Pennsylvania, born in Corry, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 6, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Neil Gates and Mary Gates; and his brother Monte Gates. He is survived by : his sister Maxine Mastropietro; and his children, Shane Gates, Canda Enssle, Jonathan Gates, Brandi Gates and Lindsay Sipes. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
