He was predeceased by : his parents, Rev. Lawrence Petty-Owens and Marietta Petty-Owens; and his sister Elaine Ruffner. He is survived by : his wife Evelyn J. Moore-Owens; and his children, Sue Bresler (Steve) of Corry, PA and Larry Owens (Beth) of Elgin, PA. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
