He is survived by: his wife Freda Schneck (Helmer); his daughters, Deborah Schneck Lambert and Stephanie Schneck-Jacob; his grandchildren, Claire Batalla (Jacob), Nolan Jacob and Carson Jacob; and his sons-in-law, David Robert Lambert, Timothy Jacob and Benjamin Batalla.

In lieu of flowers, the Schneck family has requested gifts be made in memory of Dr. Schneck to the Carson Schneck, M.D., Ph.D. Endowed Scholarship Fund (S4321).
