He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Carter and Isabelle Carter (Reustle); and his brother Bill. He is survived by: his wife Priscilla Carter (Wesley); his children, Tom (Lisa) of Jupiter, FL, Kristi Anderson (Gary) of Harleysville, PA and Dean of Jupiter, FL.; his grandchildren, Grant, Gwen Anderson and Grace Carter; and his sister-in-law Phyllis.
