She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Hiltebeitel and Miriam Hiltebeitel (Wagner); her husband John Neborak; and her brothers, Ronald, Merrill and Robert Hiltebeitel.
She is survived by: her children, John B. "Jack" Neborak (Gayle) of Port Royal, PA and Diane Knight (Randall) of North Coventry, PA; her grandchildren, Justyne Clarke (Peter), Rebecca Storm (Matthew) and Randall "RJ" Knight, Jr.; and her great grandchild Porter Jackson Clarke.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate memorial contributions made in Betty's name to The American Red Cross.
