D'Orazio (Cortigine) of Spring City, PA; his parents, Sally Horrocks (Brian) and James D'Orazio Jr. (Kathy); his children, James D'Orazio IV and Mia Angel D'Orazio; his siblings, Angela M. Arehart (Adam), Sara J. D'Orazio and Robert J. Jones; and his grandmother Theresa D'Orazio. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, contributions for his children's education may be given to the family.
