He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. Neubert and Elizabeth Neubert (Opat); his son Justin Troy Neubert; and his brothers, Johnny, Robert, Ronald, Raymond and Russell Neubert.
He is survived by: his children, Jason Neubert of Perkasie, PA and Tiffanie Jerilyn Goulazian of Yardley, PA; his grandchildren, Joseph, Jonathan, Liam and Lila; and his sisters, Elizabeth "Bitsy" Bauder of Coopersburg, PA and Caroline "Carrie". He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, siblings, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
