He was predeceased by : his grandfather Dale Lentz. He is survived by : his parents, Cara M. Salemme (Lamparter) and Christopher A. Salemme; his siblings, Parker Salemme and Cooper Salemme; his grandparents, Richard, Vickie Lamparter, Ginger Lentz (Charlie) and John Salemme (Jeannie); and his aunts and uncles, Michael (Angela Lentz), David Lentz, Kevin (Angela Salemme), Ryan Salemme (Harriet), William (Danielle Salemme), Christie Huggins, Martin Lamparter (Melissa) and Jesse Lamparter (Tabitha).
