He was predeceased by: his parents, Wendell Shoop and Elsie Shoop (Hoover); his siblings, Wendell Jr., Harold, Donald, Joe, Kenneth, Lee, Bernita Vaughn and Betty Clever; and his stepson William Berrier.
He is survived by: his children, Ronald Shoop (Kathy), Dotty Robinson and Virginia White; his grandchildren, Jason Robinson (April), Tiffany Shoop (Nathan) and LaRae Hege (Allan); his great grandchildren, Paige and Jenna Hege; and his sister Marjorie Killian.
