He was predeceased by: his parent Jesse E.; his siblings, JoAnn Johnson and Walter Johnson; and his son-in-law Ronnie Gibbons. He is survived by: his parent Louise Dillman Johnson; his daughter Pam Gibbons; his granddaughter Raylee C. Gibbons; and his siblings, Dwight Johnson, Shirley Johnson, Larry Johnson (Irene), Eugene Johnson (Linda) and John Sideras.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Fuzz's name to the Fannett-Metal Fire Company #12, PO Box 51, Dry Run, PA 17220.
