He was predeceased by: his parents, John V. Guyer and Glenna I. Guyer (Mutersbaugh) of Spring Run, PA.; his pet Cody; and his grandson Dylan M. Guyer. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Janelle C. Baker (Warren) of State College, PA, Jordan D. Wenger (Ashley), Drew R. Guyer (Sarah), Dane R. Guyer of Waynesboro, PA, Brelyn R. Guyer of Henderson, NC, Sheila R. Horst (Jonas) of Clearspring, MD and Jeremy L. Kurtz of Palmyra, PA.; his great grandchildren, Carly, Thomas, Caitlyn Baker, Ava, Ian, Brayden Wenger, Alana Guyer, Levi Guyer, Mya, Marilyn Horst and Griffin Robert Wenger; and his siblings, Alice G. Collins of Fannettsburg, PA, John A. Guyer of Greencastle, PA, Lewese L. Andrew of Fayetteville, PA., Norman A. Guyer and Cora G. Miller (Sis).
