She was predeceased by : her parents, John S. Phillips and Ruth N. Bowser Phillips; her children, Cathy Retzloff and John "Buster" McCart; and her brother Daniel Phillips.

She is survived by : her children, LuAnn Oke of Punta Gorda, Jim McCart of Ludlow and Cindy Sanders (Terry) of St. Louis; and her siblings, Margaret "Peg" Rae of Spring Church, Janet Verner of Cheswick, Kathleen "Jean" Bowser of Springdale and John Phillips (Patricia) of North Apollo.
