She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Peter Matusky; and her sister Elsie DeChurch Maimone. She is survived by: her children, Paula Schroeder of Boalsburg, Patrick Matusky (Denise) of Voorhees, N. J., Mary Ann Nagel (John) of Lansdale and Gregory Matusky (Judith) of Ardmore; her grandchildren, Joshua Tan (Catherine), Melissa, Matthew, Mackenzie Matusky, Robert Nagel (Diana), Jennifer Nagel, Jonathan, Megan and Jessica Matusky; and her siblings, Lawrence DeChurch of Punxsutawney, Alfred DeChurch (Phyllis) of Youngstown, George DeChurch (Patricia) of Louisville and Patricia Clapsaddle of Whitmore Lake.
