He is survived by: his sons, Joseph Fornicola of Bellefonte and David Fornicola (Heather) of State College; his grandchildren, Nicole, Kara, Stacey, Brianna and Hanna; his great grandchildren, Mackenzie, Curtis, Allison, Lucas, Riley, Chloe and Fletcher; and his sister Catherine Murphy of Gettysburg.
