With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Catherine F. Willower (State College, Pennsylvania), born in Ashland, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 12, 2019 at the age of 84. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Carr and Mary Laughlin Carr; her husband Donald J. Willower; her siblings, Nancy Carr and John Howard Carr; and her stepson John F. Willower.

She is survived by: her stepdaughter Ann Denz (Rick) of Florida. She is also survived by granddaughters and many cousins.
