It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Ann Ney (State College, Pennsylvania), born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 30, 2018, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Charles Beck; and her significant others, Ginger and Daisy. She is survived by: her parent Anna Schlosser Beck; her daughters, Roxanne Rishel of Lemont and Deborah K. Miller (Michael) of Linglestown; her grandson Brian P. Lowery; her great grandchildren, David Lowery, James Lowery and Emma Lowery; and her siblings, Edwina Murphy (Dean) and Edward Beck (Lisa).
