He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Myers and Dorothy Jane David Sr. (Moore); and his siblings, Gilbert David and Joanne Kauffman. He is survived by: his children, Michelle David-Hugues (Kevin) of Salisbury, MD and Mikel David Milliken (Brenda) of Bellefonte; and his grandchildren, Shannon Milliken, Christopher Milliken, Patrick Hugues, Aidan Hugues, Liam Hugues and Kealyn Hugues.
