She was predeceased by: her parent Alexander Chechak; and her siblings, Mary, Victoria, Adolph, Ted, Stanly and Andy.
She is survived by: her parent Rosalia Chechak (Swiatek); her spouse Gilbert R. Steele; her children, Guy R. Steele (Tammy) of Shippenville and Diana L. Weaver (Ron) of Julian; her brothers, Mike Chechak (Louise), Joe Chechak, John Chechak and Frank Chechak; her grandchildren, Crystal Wagner (Josh) of Shippenville, Guy Steele (Brianna) of Clarion, Brock Steele, Samantha Weaver of Baltimore and Rachel Weaver of Julian; and her great grandchildren, Grace Steele, Riley Wagner, Russell Wagner and Mason Weaver. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
