It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elvera Bernice Bitner (State College, Pennsylvania), born in Saint Joseph, Michigan, who passed away on December 11, 2018, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her spouse Richard E. Bitner; and her sons, Richard E. Bitner, Jr. (Rose) of Guntersville, Randall G. Bitner (Katherine) of State College and Robert T. Bitner (JoAnne) of Port St. She is also survived by four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
