It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emma Irene Frank (State College, Pennsylvania), who passed away on June 3, 2019, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Irvin Thomas and Elsie Hartsock Thomas; her husband Thomas L. Frank; her son Richard Thomas Frank; and her siblings, Mary Jane Thomas, Melvin E. "Bus" Thomas, Betty Thomas, Ethel Rae Thomas and Dorothy Thomas.
She is survived by: her children, David Ray Frank (Cheryl) of Minneola, FL and Billie Schiesler (Jeffry L.) of Port Matilda; her grandchildren, Dani Schiesler, Alexandria Housel, Richard Thomas Frank and Wendy Lee Andrick; and her great grandchildren, Shae, Taylor, Riley Housel and Maya Andrick.
