She is survived by: her parent Bennie Lee Comer Dowdy; her spouse Cornelius "Neal" Tate; her children, Terri Lynn Parker (Curtis), Rafeeq "Jerry" Salahuddin of State College and Keith Allen Dowdy of Bellefonte; and her granddaughter Morgan Jenae Parker.
