He was predeceased by: his parent Issac Hayya; and his brother Abraham. He is survived by: his parent Habiba Hukhman Hayya; his wife Susan Hayya of State College; his stepsons, Martin Jauch of Japan and Brian Jauch of Portland, OR; and his siblings, Bader, Doris and Joseph.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Smeal Diversity MBA Program, The Pennsylvania State University, in Jack's memory.
