It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James R. Keiser Jr. (State College, Pennsylvania), born in Easton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 23, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James R. Keiser and Katherine Keiser Stibbe. He is survived by: his children, James Keiser III of Camp Hill, John Keiser of Brockport, NY and Joan Keiser Gale; and his sister Elinor Keiser Uhrig of Chester, VA. He is also survived by four grandchildren and two great-grandsons.
