With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert E. Skipper (State College, Pennsylvania), born in Tyrone, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 9, 2018. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Sara; and his son Scott. He is survived by: his daughter Wendy (Kevin Cybert); his grandchildren, Jordan Skipper, Jacob Skipper, Courtney Cybert and Michael Cybert; and his daughter-in-law Lisa Hall Skipper.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to St Paul's United Methodist Church or to State College Area Municipal Band.
