He was predeceased by: his parent Carl R.; and his siblings, Ilene Ottens, Carl Robert Frear and William John Frear. He is survived by: his parent Hazel E. Owens Frear; his sons, Ronald T. Frear of Roswell, GA and Richard Alan Frear (Jennifer) of Lothian, MD; his daughter-in-law Susan Frear of New Cumberland, PA; and his granddaughter Olivia Madison Frear. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
