She was predeceased by: her husband Isaiah Carraway; her parents, Henry McDaniel and Nora McDaniel (Brewer); her children, William Carraway, Ossie Carraway, Ronald Carraway and Patricia Jackson (Carraway); her grandchildren, Langston Carraway and Michelle Carraway; her great great grandchild Elijah Carraway; and her siblings, Elsie Grier (McDaniel), Berthenia Evans (McDaniel), John Archie McDaniel, Lucille Wilson (McDaniel), Helen Black (McDaniel), James McDaniel, Martha McDaniel and Harry McDaniel.
She is survived by: her children, Vernon Carraway (Charlotte) of State College, PA, Yvonne Copeland (Carraway) of Concord, NC and Sheila Carraway of Reading, PA. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren and seventeen great- great grandchildren.
