She was predeceased by : her husband George W. Brown Sr.; her parents, Philip L. Troyer and Helen E. Troyer (Rohrbaugh); and her brothers, Robert L. Troyer and Howard P. Troyer.

She is survived by : her children, Dawn L. Snelbaker of Winston Salem, N. C., Vicki J. Brown of Stewartstown and George W. Brown, Jr. (Jen) of Felton; her grandchildren, Richard Snelbaker, Chloe Brown, Darian Brown, Trinity Brown, Shawn Portello, Isabella Portello and Tyler Brown; and her brother James Troyer (Vicki) of Bel Air, MD. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
