He was predeceased by: his wife Doris Marie Miller (Krout); his parents, Cowhick W. Miller, Sr. and Anna R. Miller (Sherbocker); his daughter Cindy Ann Miller; and his siblings, Gemmill Dale Miller (Bill) and Mary Miller.

He is survived by: his son Rickey Miller of Etters; and his siblings, Donald L. Miller, Cowhick W. Miller Jr., Fred D. Miller, Lila E. Kohler and Anna Marie Saubel.
