He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Mary E. Enos and Paul E. Smith. He is survived by: his parents, Jeffery P. Smith and Teresa A. Smith (Enos) of Berlin; his sister Kayla L. Smith (Lance Richards); his girlfriend Rochelle "Shelly" Gossman; his grandfather Clifford W. Enos, Sr.; and also Dorothy J. Smith.
He will be deeply missed by his family and friends. (Not Coronavirus Related.) A private memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.
