He was predeceased by: his parents, Merrill Wilson and Martha Wilson (Seehawer). He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Ann Wilson (La Prade) of Stewartstown; his siblings, Dwight Wilson (Astrid) of The Villages, Ronald Wilson (Annette) of Baltimore, MD and Jeannine Gernert (Oakes) of Pittsburgh, PA.; and his parents-in-law, John La Prade (Janet) of Lynchburg, VA, Janice Mason of Lynchburg, VA and Vicki Giangualano of Lynchburg, VA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
