He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn R. Stiffler (Hulshart); his parents, Mark Richard Stiffler and Ruth May Stiffler (Krebs); and his siblings, Dorothy Bull, Gertrude Turnbaugh, Donald Stiffler, Robert Stiffler and Marie Vales.
He is survived by: his children, Irene Rodriguez, Carl Mark Stiffler (Bonnie) and Wanda Sweitzer; his brothers, Melvin Stiffler of Dallastown, Carroll Stiffler of Punta Gorda, FL and Walter Stiffler of Red Lion; and his friend Joanne Martin. He is also survived by ten loving grandchildren.
