She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Sandvik and Freda Sandvik (Chisholm). She is survived by: her sons, Stephen L. Adams, Sr. (Joanne), James W. Adams, Jr., David A. Adams and Kenneth E. Adams (Sheryl); and her sister Shirley Hughes. She is also survived by grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Fawn Grove United Methodist Church.
