He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew J. and Dorothy Sezawich Jr. (Downer); his sister Ruth Matz; and his brother-in-law Russell'Butch'Weaver. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Sezawich (Weaver); his daughters, Jennifer Smith (Robert) of Stockdale and Erin Sezawich; his grandson Cameron Smith; his son-in-law Terry Younkin; his sisters, Christine Dankle of Smithfield, PA and Madeline Rice of Reminderville, OH; his sister-in-law Elaine McGaughey (Joseph) of Charleroi; and his brother William Sezawich (Patty) of Stockdale.
