He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert J. Wheeler and Elsie Mae Wheeler (Hoover); and his siblings, Esther, Harold Richard and Ronald L. Wheeler.
He is survived by : his grandchildren, Keirstian and Leland; his sons, Jeremiah Allen and Elden Frank, Jr.; his stepson Robert Ryan; and his sisters, Helen Haugh (Larry), Karen L. Moon and Carol A. Gump (Joseph).
