She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles D. Douts and Ada Erb Douts; and her children, Carol L. Harkins and Kenneth C. Friant. She is survived by: her husband John L. "Jack" Friant; and her children, Mary Blackburn of Mount Gretna, Elizabeth Martzall of Lancaster, Margaret Cramer of Manheim and Douglas Friant of Lancaster. She is also survived by spouses; 12 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
