He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Dale and Dorothy Dale (Jones). He is survived by: his wife Mary Dale (Holdridge); and his brother Brian L. Dale (Carol Dale) of Willow Street. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and grand nieces and nephews.
