Dolby of Strattanville, Pennsylvania, born in Franklin, Pennsylvania, who passed away at the age of 83, on April 7, 2021. He was predeceased by : his parents, Jess Fred and Mary Jane "Molly" Shew Dolby; and his siblings, Russell H. Dolby and Janet E. Gray. He is survived by : his wife Shirley A. Hollenbaugh; his children, Jeffrey Dolby (Cindy) of Sligo, Laura Heasley of Strattanville, Patricia Dolby of Strattanville and Penny Mendenhall of Strattanville; and his grandsons, Douglas Heasley and Braxton Mendenhall. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Viewing was held on Sunday, April 11th 2021 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday, April 12th 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Monday, April 12th 2021 at 11:00 AM at the First United Methodist Church (600 Wood St, Clarion, PA 16214).

In lieu of flowers, Memorials or donations can be made in Lad's name to the First United Methodist Church, 600 Wood Street, Clarion, PA 16214, the Clarion Forest VNA Hospice, 271 Perkins Road, Clarion, PA 16214, or to the Strattanville Volunteer Fire Company, PO Box 93, Strattanville, PA 16258.
