He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lucas Alza and Zoila Campodonico of Alza; his son Alfredo W. Alza (Christine Henderson) of Stroudsburg, PA; his wife Sara Alza Rodriguez; and his granddaughter Carissa Schnabel (DJ Schnabel Jr.) of Lebanon, PA. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
At the family's request, all services have been cancelled for Luca Alfredo Alza due to a COVID-10 issue.
