It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arline Smeltz (Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 24, 2019, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Maier and Helene Maier (Linder); her son-in-law Donald J. Busteed; and her sister June Fink. She is survived by: her children, Anna H. Busteed of Pocono Summit and Paul Adam Smeltz of Stroud Township; her grandchildren, Thomas D. Busteed and Rose A. Busteed; and her brother Charles Maier of Stroudsburg.
