He was predeceased by : his parents, Arthur Martin Sr. and Lois Martin; and his sisters, Cindy and Beverly. He is survived by : his wife Laura J Martin of Stroudsburg; and his sons, William Martin of Scranton and Jason Martin (Erica) of Scotrun.

In lieu of flowers the family is asking for donations made in Arthur's honor to the National Emphysema Foundation.
